As HR and operations director, Suzie manages and reviews all activities within our IT, HR, operations, internal recruitment, L&D and administration departments.

Suzie began her professional career in recruitment as a consultant and has since gained over 22 years of experience in the industry developing expertise in HR and project management. She also holds a HND in business and finance and is PRINCE2 qualified in both foundation and practitioner.

Suzie’s passion and love for people, along with her effective management and organisational skills, make her a crucial asset to the team. From overseeing client contracts to dealing with HR operations and implementing ways to better support the company, her daily work and efforts are what keep each department flourishing on both a business and personal level.
