Meet Nicola, our senior operations manager. Nicola wears many hats at GR4 where she looks after our tech and systems, acts as the in-house expert on all things legal, provides support to senior staff and helps manage projects with our HR & operations director.

Nicola has worked within recruitment for most of her career and is passionate about continuing to develop and progress her role within the industry. She enjoys learning new technology and software and is often referred to as ‘the fountain of knowledge’ around the offices! Outside of work, Nicola loves to spend time with her children, walk her dog and play DnD.
