Dan is the technology practice lead for GR4 and also manages our technology division. He has worked in IT recruitment for nearly a decade, giving him a broad understanding of the wider markets as well as his specialist knowledge of senior appointments. Dan’s consultative approach allows him to work closely with clients to help them understand what they need and how to structure their teams. Dan’s network has snowballed over the years, and his candidates and clients appreciate his honest and insightful approach to recruitment, allowing him to build strong, long-lasting relationships. Dan’s career in recruitment started after graduating university. Whilst working in sales, Dan realised he had a passion for dealing with people and building relationships. He was offered a recruitment role, and never looked back! When not working Dan spends his time with his young son and wife and also in his home gym.
